Using a Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment approach, athletes can learn how to direct energy and focus during performance.
The stages of Pre Performance, Performance and Post Performance are analysed with clients, to increase flow and overall well-being.
Start Up Package: 4 sessions (approx. 1.5 hours) over 4 weeks
Full Package: 8 sessions over 12 weeks with 12 months of follow up coaching
